Our skilled team creates a strategic plan and manages projects from conception through completion while addressing the diverse interests and viewpoints of the many public and private stakeholders along the way. The final product is conceived, created, and delivered through their guidance, including design, construction, budget, marketing, and sales.
North Point Industrial, LLC properties are managed by Lisa Middleton who has been with company for 17 years. Lisa's experience and attention to detail is reflected in the personal approach she takes to satisfy each tenants unique needs.
Finance
